It’s super simple! Just click “get started” anywhere on the page to book your free intro session. This session includes a tour of the gym and an opportunity to meet some of our coaches. We will chat about your current situation as well as your desired situation to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
When you start at Route 50 CrossFit, your fitness level will improve in the first 30 days. The key to seeing results is consistency and commitment over time, so that’s why we recommend three classes per week in the beginning.
Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well- both which maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts.
Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new member’s fitness level. Then, our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each day’s workout designed for every level. As you become more consistent, you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire.
We are locally owned and motivated to make an impact on the health and happiness in Bridgeport and the surrounding area. You’re not just a number here. Everyone knows your name. We’re a community of like-minded people that wants you to show up and support each other on this journey to live better lives – with no judgment or criticism along the way!
If you’re a beginner, we recommend working out two to four times per week. This will be enough to see results and allow your body to adjust. Warning: You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first! Over the course of the following months, maximize your results by working out five days per week.
We offer exciting, challenging and varied programming! All workouts are published in advance.
Each class is led by qualified coaches. Classes begin with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout. The coach will brief the group on the workout, movements and proper form. During the workout, the coach will guide and provide instruction. At the end of class, a cool-down will be offered to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury.
